The process
- Introductory call — we learn your goals and horizon; you learn our model and portfolio. Book a slot in the calendar.
- Documents and verification — we share the investment policy and fund documents; we assess professional-client status and run AML/KYC.
- Terms and agreement — we agree the investment structure and sign the documentation.
- Investor portal access — reports, valuations and documents live in the investor portal; current opportunities in the DEALS portal.
What your capital works on
100% of new investors' capital goes into new investments — deeptech, tech and AI (incl. edutech, HRtech, gamedev). Special-purpose vehicles (e.g. real estate) finance themselves independently — the fund supports them with guarantees only.
The portfolio is built ecosystem-first: 23 positions with positive valuation (15 companies and 8 artworks) — from technology companies through real estate to Warsaw-listed equity. Portfolio growth: +29.2% per the independent appraisal (2023→2025) and an 18.9% CAGR per the Board's transaction-based valuation (2023→2026).
Transparency
- KNF supervision — ZASI register no. PLZASI00321 (16.08.2022), verifiable at zasi.knf.gov.pl.
- Write-offs disclosed — zero-valued positions are communicated openly, never hidden in the statistics.
- Two valuation perspectives — a conservative independent appraisal and the Board's transaction-based valuation, always with methodological caveats.
- Regulatory documents — available in the Documents section.
FAQ
- What is the minimum investment?
- Individuals: from the equivalent of EUR 60,000 (the statutory threshold for professional-client treatment in a register-based ASI). Institutions: per statutory criteria.
- How quickly can I exit?
- An ASI investment is long-term with limited liquidity — participation rights are not listed. Horizons and exit mechanics are discussed individually before investing.
- Will I receive regular reporting?
- Yes — investors get access to the investor portal with reports, valuations and documents.
- Does the fund guarantee returns?
- No. No honest fund guarantees returns. Investing in an ASI involves the risk of losing part or all of the capital; past performance does not guarantee future results.
