Who can invest?

Participation rights in ART-Tech ASI may only be acquired by professional clients under the Polish Investment Funds Act (MiFID II-aligned):

  • financial institutions and other regulated entities,
  • large enterprises meeting statutory thresholds,
  • individuals and family offices who request professional treatment and invest at least the equivalent of EUR 60,000.

The offering is not addressed to retail investors. Before accepting funds we perform a suitability assessment and AML/KYC procedures.

The process

  1. Introductory call — we learn your goals and horizon; you learn our model and portfolio. Book a slot in the calendar.
  2. Documents and verification — we share the investment policy and fund documents; we assess professional-client status and run AML/KYC.
  3. Terms and agreement — we agree the investment structure and sign the documentation.
  4. Investor portal access — reports, valuations and documents live in the investor portal; current opportunities in the DEALS portal.

What your capital works on

100% of new investors' capital goes into new investments — deeptech, tech and AI (incl. edutech, HRtech, gamedev). Special-purpose vehicles (e.g. real estate) finance themselves independently — the fund supports them with guarantees only.

The portfolio is built ecosystem-first: 23 positions with positive valuation (15 companies and 8 artworks) — from technology companies through real estate to Warsaw-listed equity. Portfolio growth: +29.2% per the independent appraisal (2023→2025) and an 18.9% CAGR per the Board's transaction-based valuation (2023→2026).

Transparency

  • KNF supervision — ZASI register no. PLZASI00321 (16.08.2022), verifiable at zasi.knf.gov.pl.
  • Write-offs disclosed — zero-valued positions are communicated openly, never hidden in the statistics.
  • Two valuation perspectives — a conservative independent appraisal and the Board's transaction-based valuation, always with methodological caveats.
  • Regulatory documents — available in the Documents section.

FAQ

What is the minimum investment?
Individuals: from the equivalent of EUR 60,000 (the statutory threshold for professional-client treatment in a register-based ASI). Institutions: per statutory criteria.
How quickly can I exit?
An ASI investment is long-term with limited liquidity — participation rights are not listed. Horizons and exit mechanics are discussed individually before investing.
Will I receive regular reporting?
Yes — investors get access to the investor portal with reports, valuations and documents.
Does the fund guarantee returns?
No. No honest fund guarantees returns. Investing in an ASI involves the risk of losing part or all of the capital; past performance does not guarantee future results.
How do I book a call?
Easiest via the calendar at atifund.pl/kalendarz, or by email: inwestycje@atifund.pl.
Informational material — not an offer or investment recommendation. Participation rights in ART-Tech ASI may be offered exclusively to professional clients. Investing involves the risk of losing part or all of the capital; past performance does not guarantee future results. The transaction-based valuation is the Board's internal valuation and not an independent auditor's opinion.
