Cookies policy

Effective from 2026-05-05 · Version 1.0 · ART-Tech ASI Sp. z o.o.

1. General information

This policy describes how the atifund.pl website uses cookies and other technologies for storing data locally in the user's browser. The policy supplements the Privacy policy.

The legal basis for the use of cookies is Art. 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Act of 16 July 2004 (from 10 November 2024 — the Electronic Communications Act, Art. 398 et seq.) and Art. 6(1)(a) / (f) of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on the user's terminal device (computer, tablet, phone) when using a website. Cookies make it possible, among other things, to remember user preferences, ensure the proper functioning of the service and conduct statistical analysis.

In addition to cookies, websites may use localStorage and sessionStorage — built-in browser mechanisms with a similar function but greater capacity, which are not automatically transmitted to the server.

3. Cookies used on atifund.pl

The website uses cookies and other local-storage technologies in three categories: necessary (always on), analytics (enabled only with the user's consent) and marketing (currently inactive, reserved as a future option).

By default — before consent is given — all non-necessary cookies are disabled in line with Google Consent Mode v2 (the analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals are set to denied). Analytics consent is activated after the user selects "Accept all" or enables the analytics category in "Settings" within the cookies banner.

NameType / providerPurposeDuration
arttech_a11y localStorage · first-party (atifund.pl) Stores accessibility panel settings (text size, contrast, motion, dyslexia font, etc.). Necessary. Indefinite (until removed by the user)
atifund_consent_v1 localStorage · first-party Stores the user's cookie consent decision (contents and date). Necessary for the consent mechanism. 12 months
_ga cookie · Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) Distinguishes unique users (anonymous identifier). Analytics — requires consent. 2 years
_ga_RG5VZT66MP cookie · Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) Maintains session state for the GA4 data stream. Analytics — requires consent. 2 years

4. Third-party files

4.1. Google Fonts

The website loads fonts from the Google Fonts service (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com — Google Ireland Ltd.). Loading a font involves transmitting the user's IP address and technical browser data to Google. Google states that it does not use this data for profiling or advertising.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest of the Controller in ensuring consistent typography.

Font loading can be blocked through browser settings or extensions (e.g. uBlock Origin, NoScript) — the website will remain functional but will display system fonts.

4.2. Google Tag Manager + Google Analytics 4

The website uses Google Tag Manager (container ID: GTM-PLJFW6NZ) and Google Analytics 4 (stream ID: G-RG5VZT66MP) provided by Google Ireland Ltd. GTM is used to manage tags (scripts) on the page; GA4 collects anonymous traffic statistics — visits, source, time on page, basic device technical data.

The GA4 configuration uses IP anonymization and the Consent Mode v2 framework — no data is collected before the user gives consent. We additionally set ads_data_redaction = true, which restricts data transfer to Google's advertising products even in case of accidental pings without consent.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — user consent; Art. 398(1) of the Polish Electronic Communications Act.

Transfer to third countries: Google may process data on servers outside the EEA (including the US). Google declares the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Details: Google Privacy Policy. To withdraw consent, use the "Change cookie settings" button below or the 🍪 icon in the bottom-left corner.

5. Managing cookies in the browser

The user may at any time delete cookies and local storage data via their browser settings:

  • Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data;
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data;
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data;
  • Opera: Settings → Advanced → Privacy and security → Cookies.

6. Changes to the policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy. The current version is always available at atifund.pl/en/cookies.html.
