We don’t wait for opportunities. We build them.
A boutique ASI investment fund from Kraków. We invest across the ecosystem and with conviction in deeptech, biotech, foodtech, energy and alternative asset classes — from startups to listed companies.
Added value as
investment strategy.
We are not just another VC/PE. We are a family fund that treats every portfolio company as a partner and places growth above all else. Together.
ART-Tech Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna is a boutique fund supporting the most compelling and innovative technology companies in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
Drawing on the potential of our investments and an ecosystem of hundreds of companies and thousands of people, we help portfolio companies scale rapidly — from seed to IPO. We operate on the basis of an entry in the register of ASI managers maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
We create added value
We develop innovative ecosystems and business structures that drive the growth of portfolio companies and open new markets.

Value that
grows.
Two independent perspectives on portfolio valuation: a conservative independent appraisal and the Management Board’s transaction-based valuation.
31.12.2023 → 31.12.2025
2023 → 04.2026
15 companies + 8 artworks
and target for year-end 2026
Independent appraisal prepared on 01.07.2026 (as of 31.12.2025) — methods: DCF, adjusted net assets, market quotations, investment rounds, expert appraisals. The transaction-based valuation (30.04.2026) is the Management Board’s internal valuation and does not constitute an opinion of an independent statutory auditor. Valuations of private companies rely on estimates that may change.
Capital at work
in new areas.
AT Estate
A special-purpose vehicle acquiring distressed service properties below market value. First acquisitions completed in the first half of 2026.
Funventure
Investment in the Funventure game studio — the Fund’s selective return to gamedev exposure, backed by ecosystem experience.
100% of new investors’ capital goes into new investments — deeptech, tech and AI (incl. edutech, HRtech, gamedev). Special-purpose vehicles finance themselves independently — the Fund supports them with guarantees only, without allocating investors’ capital.
A constellation of companies
and mutual connections.
Quality, ethics
and flexibility.
Transparent fee structure
Standard market management fee and a success fee tied to clearing the hurdle rate. We earn when our investors earn — full alignment of interests.
Preferred return of capital
Waterfall model: equity investors are first to recover invested capital together with the preferred rate of return. Protecting your capital is the priority.
The flexibility of a family fund
No corporate bureaucracy. Bespoke terms for key investors, fast decisions and direct access to the management team.
From scouting
